Overview
Changsha Nanming Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, store, share, and delete information relating to you when you use The Nameless Realm and its related online services. It applies to the Android version distributed through Google Play and its related services.
We do not sell your personal information. We process information only as needed to provide the game, protect accounts and game security, improve our products, provide rewarded ads, and comply with law. If a particular SDK or feature is disabled in a specific release, the related processing will not occur; the Google Play Data safety disclosure must be based on the actual distributed release and all SDK behavior included in it.
1. Information We Collect
1. Account and authentication information
When you first enter the game, the game may use a device-provided identifier locally to generate an anonymous account name and store game credentials locally on your device so that the game can sign you in automatically and restore your progress. Our server stores the account name, internal account display number, player number, creation time, last login time, and password verification hash and salt. The server does not store the plaintext password. The raw device identifier is not uploaded to our server as a plaintext device identifier through this anonymous-account generation flow.
If you choose Google Play Games sign-in, we receive and verify a one-time server authorization code and obtain the game-related Play Games player ID and public display name from Google Play Games services. We use these data to sign you in, associate the identity with a game account, and restore progress. We do not access or store your Google Account password, email, contacts, or unrelated Google Account content through this flow. The one-time access token is discarded after use, and we do not request or store a long-lived refresh token.
2. Game profile and gameplay information
To save and synchronize your game progress, we process your in-game nickname, character class and appearance, level, chapter and battle progress, skills and talents, equipment, gems, items, in-game currency, tasks, mail, battle pass, online rewards, game settings, and related operation timestamps and state information. This information is associated with your game account or player number.
If you actively use chat, mail, or other social features in the game, we also process the messages, recipients, and related records that you submit. Do not submit identity documents, payment-card numbers, passwords, or other unrelated sensitive information in game messages or support communications.
3. Device, network, and security information
To establish connections, provide the service, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse, we may process device model, operating system and version, app version, language, network status, IP address, connection and session times, server region, request results, crash or error information, and security logs. Server logs may include account identifiers, player numbers, session identifiers, and connection-source information.
4. Rewarded-ad information
If a release enables the Google Mobile Ads SDK, we provide rewarded video ads. According to the default behavior of the Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google may automatically collect and share IP address, advertising or product-interaction information (such as app launches, taps, and video views), diagnostic information, and device and account identifiers (which may include the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, or identifiers related to accounts signed in on the device) for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. The exact processing depends on device settings, region, consent status, and SDK configuration.
When you complete a rewarded ad, we send the ad-completion result to the game server to validate the viewing event and grant the related in-game reward. We do not collect payment-card information because you watch a rewarded ad.
5. Information you submit to us
When you contact support by email, request account deletion, or submit a problem report, we process the contact details, account or player information, issue description, attachments, and correspondence you provide. We use this information only to verify identity, respond to the request, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service security.
We do not currently request through the game: precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, or photo/media-library permissions. The current release also does not integrate Google Play Billing for real-money payments. If we add such functionality in the future, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure before processing related information.
2. How We Use Information
- Create, sign in to, verify, and protect game accounts, including associating a Google Play Games identity when you choose that method;
- Save, synchronize, and restore characters, equipment, skills, chapters, inventory, tasks, rewards, and other game progress;
- Provide rewarded ads, validate ad-completion results, and grant the related in-game rewards;
- Analyze game performance and player behavior to improve levels, balancing, content, stability, and service quality;
- Detect cheating, malicious requests, account takeover, fraud, vulnerabilities, and other security incidents;
- Respond to support, account-deletion, data-access, and other user requests; and
- Comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, and lawful requests from courts or authorities.
3. Sharing and Third-Party Services
We share information only as necessary to carry out the purposes described in this policy and require service providers acting on our behalf to use reasonable confidentiality and security measures. Potential recipients include:
- Our servers, databases, and operations providers: to operate accounts, saves, gameplay, logs, and security;
- Google LLC and Google Play Games Services: for Google Play Games authentication and related platform services when you choose that option. Google's own processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy;
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob: to provide rewarded ads, measure advertising performance, and prevent advertising fraud. See Google's advertising technology privacy information;
We may also disclose or transfer necessary information when required by law, to protect users or public safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, resolve disputes, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar business change. We do not sell account or gameplay information to advertisers or unrelated third parties. In-game nicknames, displayed character information, or chat content that you choose to send may be shown to other players through the relevant game feature. Choose nicknames and messages that do not contain your real name, contact details, or other sensitive information.
Google, AdMob, cloud providers, and other service providers may process information outside your country or region. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards under applicable law and require providers to process information only for agreed purposes.
4. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risks of processing, including access restrictions, role-based permissions, password hashing and salting, limited use of one-time identity credentials, security-event monitoring, and reasonable security requirements for service providers. Data transfers related to advertising and Google authentication are protected by the security mechanisms of the relevant services.
No method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe that your account credentials have been exposed or that an unusual login or other security incident has occurred, contact us promptly using the email listed in this policy.
5. Data Retention
- Account, identity-association, and gameplay data: retained while you use the account to provide sign-in, save, and support services;
- Support and dispute records: retained for the period needed to complete the request and resolve related disputes;
- Technical, security, and anti-cheat logs: retained only as long as needed to troubleshoot, protect the service, prevent fraud, or comply with law, then deleted or de-identified;
- Information retained by Google, AdMob, and other third parties: retained under their respective policies, settings, and legal requirements.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may decline Google Play Games sign-in and use another available sign-in method provided by the game. You can manage advertising identifiers and ad-personalization choices through Android settings or Google's ad settings. In regions where consent is legally required for advertising, ad requests and available choices may also depend on the applicable consent status. Disabling an SDK or permission may make the related feature unavailable, but it does not prevent you from submitting a core game-data deletion request.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, a copy of, restriction of processing of, or deletion of information relating to you. We may need to verify account ownership to avoid deleting another person's account. Do not send passwords or full payment information in a request email.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You can submit an account-deletion request externally by emailing nanmingstudio@gmail.com with the subject “The Nameless Realm - Account Deletion Request.” To help us verify the request, provide your game account or account display number, player nickname, player number if visible, and your Google Play Games display name if applicable. Do not provide your password. Full submission steps and the exact scope of deleted and retained data are in the Appendix: Deletion Request Guide on this page.
After verifying ownership, we will delete or de-identify the account information, Google Play Games identity association, character and gameplay saves, inventory, progress, reward records, and analytics data that can reasonably be linked to the account. Account and game-progress deletion is generally irreversible. We may retain a very limited amount of information for as long as necessary for legal requirements, fraud and security protection, or dispute resolution; we will delete or de-identify it when that retention purpose ends.
If you want to delete data controlled directly by Google, AdMob, or another third party, you may also submit a request to the relevant provider under its privacy policy. We will assist with requests relating to the game account where applicable.
8. Children's Privacy
The Nameless Realm is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from children. If you are a minor, use the game with a parent or guardian as required by the laws where you live. If a parent or guardian believes that we have collected a child's information in error, please contact nanmingstudio@gmail.com; we will address the request after verification as required by law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when game features, SDKs, our data practices, or applicable laws change. We may notify you of material changes through an in-game announcement, an in-app notice, or another reasonable method.
Appendix: Deletion Request Guide
This section lets players of The Nameless Realm submit a game-account and related-data deletion request even after uninstalling the app. Account deletion is generally irreversible; before submitting a request, make sure you no longer need the characters and progress in that account.
